Do we need to know about horses?

No. All of the work is done on the ground with a focus on human development not horse skills. Our workshops are not about horsemanship but about exploring partnerships, communication and delivering transformational results; while having some fun along the way.

Can you include other topics and issues?

Yes. We are all skilled leadership coaches and can work with specialist partners where necessary to offer additional topics and facilitation to the workshop themes available.

How many people can you take?

A good number of people for our team-based workshops would be eight
to ten. For individuals we keep the number to 12 to ensure you get maximum benefit from your time with us.

Do your workshops run throughout the year?

Yes. We run the workshops all through the year and will only postpone in the event of extreme weather. That does mean you’ll need to bring clothing to match the conditions.

What do I need to bring on the day?

You only need bring a notebook as all other materials are provided as well as lunch and refreshments. Please do wear clothing appropriate to the conditions - we do work outside - so hard shoes or boots and layers, just in case the weather turns.

How much does it cost?

It varies, which is why for the larger team-based workshops that run over
a few days, we ask that you get in touch with us to discuss your aims and requirements. Our one-day workshops are priced to help those who may not be financially supported by their company and start at £750.00.

We can also design you a completely tailored programme, again please get in touch to discuss in detail.

Do you offer accommodation?

No, not on site but we can put you in touch with a number of guesthouses and hotels nearby. We do provide lunch and refreshments throughout the day for all of our workshops.

You can find a list of accommodation options here.

Where are you based?

We run all of our workshops from Hale Court Farm, in the beautiful
East Sussex countryside. We’re 7 miles from East Grinstead, 8 miles from Tunbridge Wells and around an hour from London by car.

Our full address is: Hale Court Farm House, Beech Green Lane, Withyham,
East Sussex, TN7 4DD. You can find directions here.

You can book our one day workshops online by selecting which one you’d like to attend and your preferred date. Just put in the required information – payment is taken at the time of booking – and a confirmation email will be sent to you. You can find our full T’s & C’s here.
