Rising Leaders

Our Young Leaders equine facilitated workshops create a dynamic environment for rising stars within organizations to enhance their capacity to lead and manage others.

Working at an individual and teams level, participants will get to explore different leadership styles and the impact these have on the success of their team and organisation. 

Our participants will also get to experience integrating their three intelligence centres which can have a profound effect on their personal presence, decision making and ability to execute.

You will explore and learn how to:

• Connect with purpose to enhance vision and direction setting
• Integrate the 3 intelligence centers for powerful impact
• Set and maintain healthy boundaries for trusted and impactful relationships
• Build personal presence and an effective leadership style
• Enhance sensory and intuitive capacity for greater decision making power

Our Rising Leaders workshops will run in the months of July and August and we offer discounts to those young leaders who are self-funded.
